When to Expect Vendor Contact

Planning a Colorado wedding has thousands of moving pieces and everyone goes through them a little differently.  Being a vendor working weddings in the Denver and Boulder area means that we are a small part of that planning for lots of weddings.  We have a company policy of making sure both myself (Shaun) and your vendor are available to you for phone and email communication and if needed face to face meetings from when you book us all the way up to the day of your wedding.  This is the same for our photographers, DJs, videographers, and officiants.  You are always welcome to reach out to us with questions, but you should not expect your vendor to initiate a conversation until the Monday before your wedding.  Most vendors have at least one wedding every weekend so focusing in on a wedding that's more than a week away can get confusing.  Following the "Monday Before" guideline also adds some routine to how we work with each wedding and allows lots of time for you to finalize your plan for the night and turn in the planning form to your vendor.  And of course, we respect that your Denver wedding may be different and require a different approach.  If this is the case, just let us know and we will be happy to work with you.

Kindest Regards,
